Impact Nation Angels is a group of family members that have invested in a portfolio of companies as angel investors focused on supporting early stage founders solving global challenges focused on climate, food security, health, equality and empowerment.The investment thesis is that the more a company creates impact, the higher their revenue. The higher the revenue, the greater the impact.

Impact Nation Angels evolved from years of ecosystem-building under “Arc Impact,” where we sponsored events, programs, and initiatives designed to strengthen the impact innovation community.
What began as an effort to grow the ecosystem has become a group of private angel investors, investing directly under our own family names in high-impact ventures that combine purpose with performance.

Founder & Chief Visionary Officer
Nicky Newfield is the Founding Partner of Arc Impact and Impact Nation, where she leads and structures early-stage impact investments that drive measurable environmental and economic outcomes. A former startup founder herself, and the creator of multiple innovation and philanthropic initiatives, Nicky brings extensive experience in building organizations, leading teams, and navigating complex financial and operational landscapes. Her career combines deep expertise in impact investing with hands-on experience guiding companies through commercialization, financing rounds, and strategic growth. Passionate about empowering early-stage founders, Nicky focuses on developing ecosystems and ventures that deliver meaningful and scalable impact.
Maayan Schwartz
Business Development
Maayan Schwartz is an impact investor and analyst- supporting early-stage startups driving innovation. She is passionate about identifying and supporting visionary founders who are focused on creating meaningful environmental and social change and building the relevant ecosystem systems and partnerships to support these synergies. Before joining Impact Nation Angels, Maayan worked at PwC, AngelHub in Hong Kong and MassChallenge Israel where she gained deep experience with early stage startups, venture investing, and building global startup ecosystems. She has also been active with several non profit initiatives including MAF and PIP.
